Shooting Schedule

This is the shooting schedule for our film. This shows each of the different shoots we are going to do on different days. This helped us organise when we are going to film each scene in order to make sure we had everything filmed.

What we are trying to do in our thriller is create a sense of tension and fear by the use of different sounds. This will make the audience try and assume what is going to happen and make them feel like they are in the same situation as we are in the thriller. We have scenes where it will fade to just a black screen where we will hear a lot of heavy breathing which will again make the audience wonder what is going on and also another scene where the kidnapping happens.

Furthermore, just before this music in the opening we would have some calmer music because it represents the tranquillity of the scene and how there is no danger at that point in time.

However, it would be odd to just change completely so we were going to add in a load bang of a car door slamming because that creates a nice cut point for us to work with.

Treatment

The film starts off with the boss looking out to the balcony. We then see him get a phone call from his assistants and he speaks to them in order for them to get the job done. He then goes downstairs and waits for them to give him the news. The man his assistants are after is a thief who had stole money from the boss awhile back and now the boss is going back to get his revenge. The two assistants see the thief and kidnap him and also take him away in the car. At this point you'll hear heavy breathing and struggling while the screen has faded to black. The boss then confronts the thief and taunts him until the very end when hes had enough and takes out a baseball bat which then again cuts to black. 

We took influences from Essex boys scene when they beat up one of the characters then take him away into the van to leave him in the middle of no where. This thriller tries to establish the power of the boss who has his way over anything he wants. This is done from the props such as the golden watch he has and the nice clean suit he has on. This film has some dialogue in it when we see the boss speaking to his men and also when the boss is interrogating the thief.
